Canton Farmer’s Market Celebrates Tenth Season; Vendor Meeting Set for April 18th.

Canton Main Street is excited for their tenth season of hosting Canton Farmers’ Market in downtown Canton. The market will open on Saturday, June 4 in conjunction with Canton Main Street’s, Art on Main Fine Arts Festival.

The market is held every Saturday morning from June through the end of September, from 7:30am – 11:30am in Jones Park. It is a true grower’s market, meaning that all goods sold at the market are directly grown/baked/produced by the vendor selling it at the table, and that all goods are directly related to farming/growing.

A Vendor’s Meeting will be held on Monday, April 18, at 5:30pm at the Historic Train Depot, located at 50 N. Fourth Avenue in Canton. Market managers will welcome new vendors, as well as those who have set up in the past, to answer questions and present the plans for the season.

Vendors are welcome to set up for any Saturday market throughout the summer, regardless of attending the Vendor Meeting in April, however, it is advised to contact a market manager prior to the market day.
