Canton Main Street is dedicated to making Canton’s downtown a vibrant, thriving center for the community. Main Street programs focus upon restoring and revitalizing downtown through restoration of historic buildings and their facades; developing events and activities that will draw residents and visitors downtown; economic development and marketing that will help businesses located in the downtown area, or bring new businesses downtown; and developing comprehensive design for the look and feel of the downtown area.

Monthly business/organization spotlight. Being a member enters you in a chance to be selected for our monthly spotlights! Spotlights receive an article and photo posted on CMS Facebook page, included in CMS monthly newsletter, published in our local newspapers and interviewed by WBYS radio. Article and photo are also sent to regional news outlets.
Canton Main Street hosted Events
Each year CMS hosts a multitude of events. All of these events have become wonderful occasions to showcase Canton’s downtown area and businesses, and a great opportunity for you to show your support by participating through sponsorships. Sponsorships get your business/organization listed on advertising materials.
