Excellent educational opportunities exist for students of all ages in Canton; from Canton’s own award-winning school district to Spoon River College being ranked the number one community College in Illinois. Graham Hospital also offers an outstanding, fully accredited School of Nursing, that is ranked number three in Illinois.
Canton Union School District #66
The Canton Union School District has a comprehensive K-12 curriculum that includes gifted and regular classes, Title 1, special education and career education. Technology experiences for students include computer labs, internet research and CAD/CAM programs, among others.
The school system includes three elementary schools, a middle school for grades 5-8, and a high school.
