The Petitioner(s) Bradley Eddy is submitting a petition for a variance of 25 ft on the square footage for a 30 x 50 detached garage at property located at 427 N. 2nd Ave. Petitioner requests a 25ft variance on the square footage in order build an accessory garage that is larger than his primary structure that is 30 x 30.
 
The property is presently zoned R-2 and legally described as:

Second Item: Case No. 25-006
 
The Petitioner(s), Montie and Becky Wilcoxen are requesting a 5ft variance on the South yard to have a portable shed installed on their property at 235 S. Ave G.
 
The property is presently zoned R-2 and legally described as:
